Where do orders ship from?
United States orders ship from our US warehouse. Items not stocked in the US warehouse ship from our Canadian warehouse instead — the delivery speed shown at checkout always reflects the actual origin. Canada orders ship from our warehouse in Canada via Canada Post. Orders to all other countries ship from our Hong Kong facility via registered international mail.
Shipping costs
- Canada: FREE shipping on all orders, nationwide.
- United States: FREE standard shipping on orders over $99 USD; $5.90 flat rate otherwise.
- International: Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.
Delivery timeframes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 2–5 business days from our US warehouse (items shipped from Canada: 3–7 business days)
- Canada: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–15 business days (customs processing time not included)

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check the latest status at 17track.net using your tracking number.
Customs and import duties
US and Canada orders ship domestically — no customs clearance, no duties, no import fees. For EU orders under €150, taxes are collected at checkout and no additional fees are charged on entry. For other international destinations, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
