What are the different types of shipping options?

My order has been shipped. Where is it?
We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped. You can check the latest tracking information via the link provided in the email or by visiting 17track.net.

How much is shipping to my country?

Where do you ship your products from?
Our headquarters are located in Hong Kong. Orders placed on our website will be shipped from our Hong Kong office to destinations worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes imposed by your country.

Which countries and regions do you ship to?
You can select your country from the dropdown menu on the payment page. If your country or region is listed, we can ship there. Common destinations include North America, the European Union, India, Australia, and more. We use Hong Kong Post for shipping, and once the package enters your country, your local postal service will handle the final delivery.

Will customs duties apply? How are they calculated?

European Union:
For orders under €150, taxes are included in the checkout price, and no additional customs fees will be charged upon entry. You will not need to clear the goods through customs.
