How to check the status of your order?
After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox containing a link to your order page.
If you do not receive the ROBOFUSION order notification, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as it may have been filtered.
If the email is not there, feel free to contact us at info@robofusion.net, and we will assist you promptly.

SHIPPING

What are the different types of shipping options?

  • Standard Shipping:
    This option uses registered mail and typically takes 5–10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country. Customs processing time is not included in this estimate.
  • UPS / DHL / FedEx Express Shipping:
    These are the fastest shipping options, usually delivered within 2–3 business days.

Where do you ship your products from?
Our headquarters is located in Newfoundland, Canada.

  • Orders to Canada and the United States are shipped directly from our Canadian warehouse.
  • Orders to other international destinations are shipped from our logistics center in Shenzhen, China.

We offer global shipping. Please note: Import taxes (excluding the U.S.), if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.


How much is shipping to my country?
We currently offer free shipping across Canada.
For customers in the United States, orders over $99 USD qualify for free shipping.

For other countries and regions, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order at checkout, after you enter your shipping address.

Which countries and regions do you ship to?
You can select your country or region from the dropdown menu at checkout. If your location is listed, we can ship there.

We commonly ship to:

  • North America
  • The European Union
  • India
  • Australia
    ...and many other countries that support international postal services.

We primarily use Canada Post for shipping. Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be delivered by your local postal service.


Will customs duties apply? How are they calculated?
Whether customs duties apply depends on your country's regulations and the value of your purchase.

For example:

  • European Union:
    For orders under €150, VAT is included in the checkout price. No additional customs fees will be charged, and you will not need to clear the goods through customs.
  • United States:
    For orders under $800 USD, no customs duties apply, and no customs clearance is required.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

Can I return my order?
At this time, we do not offer unconditional returns.
However, if the product you purchased experiences any hardware failure within 3 months of delivery, we will provide a free replacement.

Please contact us at info@robofusion.net, include your order number, and describe the issue in detail. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible after reviewing the case.

Yes, we provide technical support to help you with any issues related to our products.
If you encounter any technical problems during use, feel free to contact us. We also welcome suggestions, feedback, and technical discussions — we love talking tech.

Our support team operates on Eastern Time (Canada), and we typically respond to inquiries within 48 hours on business days, excluding holidays.
